Terms & Conditions Agreement

The following describes the Terms and Conditions on which we offer you access to the Moresofas.com web site(s).By using or visiting the Moresofas.com web site(s), you expressly agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Moresofas.com web site(s). If you violate these Terms and Conditions, Moresofas.com may terminate your use of the web site(s), bar you from future use of the Moresofas.com web site(s), and/or take legal action against you. By continuing and using the Moresofas.com web site(s), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and you agree that they shall be legally binding upon you.


All of our products are new, undamaged, and never been used. Most of our products are in stock at the warehouse for fast shipment. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before your order ships/arrives at our warehouse. If your order has already arrived at the shipping warehouse a 10% restocking fee will apply to your account.

If your order has already shipped, any cancellations will be considered "returns". Refunds are less shipping & handling for both ways at the buyer's expense. You can return the item within 7 days, all item must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Actual freight cost may be much higher than the freight we charge you on the website. Please contact us for more information regarding specific actual quotes. Once we receive the return, we will refund your payment minus 10% restocking fee. The original freight cost will not be refunded. All items that are not properly packaged or damaged will be refused.

Other services are available per your request.



All shipments are shipped via common carrier and arrive for a curb side delivery. The carrier will call you to schedule a time and date for delivery. The trucking company will use a lift gate(additional charge) or assist you in bringing the merchandise off the truck. They are not allowed into the home and generally there is only one driver and he will not have dollies or tools necessary to move furniture. For curb side deliveries, please make all necessary arrangements to take possession of the furniture at the truck.

We ship right away but if demand exceeds our supply please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery!!!

Notification of Delivery


The Delivery Company will notify you in advance of their arrival. We (Moresofas.com.) will not guarantee or choose arrival date & time. Please be sure to have someone available to receive and inspect your merchandise. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COORDINATE YOUR SCHEDULE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE TIME THEY CONTACT YOU FOR DELIVERY, STORAGE FEES MAY BE ASSESSED AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CHARGES THAT APPLY. If your order ships via Trucking Company, you will receive the carrier's website or telephone number and the tracking/PRO Number via email. You may check the status of your shipment by using the tracking/PRO Number online or by calling the freight terminal.


Inspecting Your Delivery


Most of the furniture that we carry arrives disassembled. When your order arrives, please take the time to ensure the paperwork is accurate and that the correct item and number of cartons have been delivered. Please also inspect the packaging and the package contents for any shipping damage. Any damage caused from shipping MUST be noted on the delivery receipt or the insurance cannot be claimed - No Exceptions!!


It is imperative that you make a claim of any damage or defect immediately upon delivery by noting the problem on the carrier's Bill of Lading. Please verify that the correct item and number or cartons have been delivered, and inspect your furniture carefully while the delivery person is still at your home, before signing your delivery Bill of Lading receipt. You signature is your acknowledgment that your merchandise is satisfactory and is in order.


Any claim of damage that is not noted on the Bill of Lading is your responsibility to pursue directly with the Trucking Company. If you do not have time to inspect your shipment when the driver delivers it, it necessary to note on the delivery receipt any dents, dings , holes or damages to the outer packaging in the drivers presence.


If the shipment arrives damaged customer must refuse the damaged box(es) only. Please do not refuse the entire freight. If the whole freight is refused, re-delivery is required and charge may be billed to you from the shipping carrier. The replacement will be shipped for the damaged item but receiver must note the condition of the freight.


For the full refund due to the shipping damage is customer's responsibility to file a claim with shipping carrier.


If any item is refused for any reason at all, all freight charges incurred are not refundable and a 10% restocking fee will apply. Please see detailed information regarding shipping under shipping policy.


Right to Change Agreement

Moresofas.com shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms and Conditions Agreement without notice or liability to you. Any changes to this Terms and Conditions Agreement shall be effective immediately following the posting of such changes on this web site. The most recent version of these Terms and Conditions Agreement may always be found on Moresofas.com web site(s). You agree to review these Terms and Conditions Agreement from time to time and agree that any subsequent use by you of this web site(s) following changes to these Terms and Conditions Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of all such changes.

Payment Policy:

Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Or pay your order by check, we will e-mail you an invoice after your order has been placed. We accept money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks (personal checks will take up to 10 days to clear). After you bid the item, please e-mail your name, address, and contact phone number(s).


Shipping Policy:
How Will My Order Ship?


We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.


When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.


We have three methods of shipment available: Small Parcel, Truck Freight, In-Home Placement White Glove services.


Small Parcel:
Whenever possible we will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items we sell. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 6 business days (1 to 10 business days for USPS) after it leaves the warehouse.


We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
Truck Freight:
Many items we sell are too large or too heavy to ship using a Small Parcel carrier. Therefore, our best option is to ship it to you using a common carrier. Truck freight is different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it's going). Truck Freight also differs from Small Parcel in that, for residential deliveries, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.


The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it.



In-Home Placement:
This service provides a two-man delivery, to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up the stairs. The product will be place inside the door and left in the original packaging.



White Glove Service:
Platinum service level provides two-man delivery, to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up the stairs. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.


  • In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.


When your order arrives at the delivery agent closest to your home or office, you will be contacted by a scheduling clerk for a delivery appointment. The appointment is typically a 2- to 5 hour window, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Saturday deliveries are not always possible.


One other important thing to remember about white glove freight is that you MUST inspect the product and any packaging you see at the time of delivery. If there is any damage to either the product or the package, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

When Will My Order Arrive?


To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. In general your order will be processed to ship out within 2-5 business days.


For Small Parcel shipments, delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 business days (except for USPS which ships in 1-10 business days) after your order has been proceeded and picked up from the warehouse.


For Truck Freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 7 to 10 days from the time your order ships. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal.


For White Glove shipments, delivery usually takes between 1 and 4 weeks from the time the items leave the warehouse. Your order will travel through a nationwide network of professional moving companies who will handle your item(s) with the utmost care. You will be contacted for a delivery appointment when your order reaches your local delivery agent. Although the items are handled carefully throughout transit, we require that our orders undergo a thorough inspection at the delivery agent before delivery. We take extra steps to make sure your item is delivered in perfect condition.


What does Free Shipping really mean?


Items marked FREE SHIPPING! on the product page will ship for free! In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within the continental United States. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay, with one exception: if you are shipping an order to Georgia, we are required to charge 7% sales tax.


Beware of companies who mask their shipping charges and surprise you with prohibitive shipping and handling fees or oversize charges at the end of the checkout process.
